Therpsicore / Cori (The Goddess of Music) was very happy with herself on a beautiful July day in 1960. The 1950s had been very productive for her. She knew that, along with the Brills, she was now starting the Rock n’ Roll revolution of the 60s, which would conclude with an incredibly prolific British Invasion. The Goddess of Modern Music sat at the bus stop with her perfect smile turned up toward the warm sun. She felt the warmth and the light breeze on her exquisite high cheeks and sighed in appreciation. The ancient Gods could only sigh back with another warm breeze. Sigh, sigh, sigh.
The Gods and the Goddess were sighing back and forth, except for the Eros, the God of Lust, who drooled uncontrollably in the heavens producing refreshing intermittent drizzles on that dry Los Angeles afternoon. Oh yes, Eros could have done much worse than drool.
